Reports are generated electronically. My Hiring Hub accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of these reports or for their handling, storage, disclosure, or security after delivery.
Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to individual customers only. Corporate purchases are handled separately through business account management.
Customers who are dissatisfied may submit a refund request. Requests are reviewed within five business days.
Refund requests must be submitted through the official refund request form to ensure timely evaluation.
Refund eligibility is determined by My Hiring Hub based on the following conditions:
- The customer fully used the purchased materials and completed the actual assessment, then identified differences between My Hiring Hub content and the real test.
Case 1: No alignment between materials and the actual test qualifies for a full refund.
Case 2: Partial alignment qualifies for a partial refund ranging from 30 to 80 percent, determined after review. - A technical issue with My Hiring Hub systems prevented access to the product.
- The product was not accessed or used in any form.
My Hiring Hub prioritizes customer success and satisfaction and aims to ensure fair treatment for all users.
